Description
Seagull's Rest has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Crail close to the famous harbour where fishermen bring in their daily catch of lobsters and partens.
Sleeping four, the apartment forms part of a tastefully converted granary which dates back to 1700s and is full of character. The apartments are non-smoking and well-behaved dogs are very welcome by arrangement. Unrestricted on-street parking is available outside the apartments and it is only a 100 yard walk to the local shops and bus stop. The apartment is a great place to escape to for a holiday or short break at any time of year.Situated in the picturesque village of Crail The Seagulls rest has been awarded 4* from the Scottish Tourist Board.
St Andrews, the 'home of golf', is only a short drive away and boasts not only numerous golf courses but a bustling shopping centre with a wide variety of interesting shops, restaurants, a theatre, two fabulous beaches, a leisure centre, many buildings of significant historic interest and Scotland's oldest university.
Crail has a number of small hotels serving bar meals and several coffee shops, two golf courses, a pottery, an art gallery, and a good variety of small shops. There are plenty of beaches and rock pools to explore and beautiful walks along the coastal path.

“Perfect Stay”
Had a wonderful stay at Seagulls Rest. Apartment was extremely clean and very cosy for a stay at this time of the year - we were never cold! Was also very well equipped and wine and biscuits were a lovely surprise, milk in fridge and plentiful supplies of tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend this place.

“Home from Home”
Seagulls Rest is in a great location, only a couple of minutes walk away from all the shops in the village. Inside, the apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has every conceivable item you might need during your stay. It is certainly one of the best stocked rentals I have stayed in and I've stayed in a lot over the years. When we arrived there was milk in the fridge, a pack of chocolate biscuits and all the tea, coffee and sugar you could possibly use. Because of the décor and all the extras it felt as if we were staying at a friend's house rather than a rental. Will return the next time we go to Crail.
