This impressive third floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a gorgeous apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols......

The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room.

The master bedroom with King-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has one double and one single bed and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile.

A main bathroom with lovely shower, WC and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a King-size bed in bedroom 1 and one double and one single bed in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge (20 feet x 20 feet) can be used to host dinner parties and the free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate.

Please not as this apartment is in a building whih is over 250 years old, there is no lift access. The stairs are, however, very easy to climb as they are very wide.

We stayed for a weekend in December, booked as a surprise for my mums 60th birthday. Apartment is simply stunning, so clean and just beautiful! Wonderful location and any contact with the owners during the process was seamless! Everyone loved it and I will definitely be booking a return visit! Fabulous!

You can in fact park your car outside on Parliament Square on the single yellow line BUT only after 6.30pm until 8am the following morning every day of the week and also ALL day on Sunday.

How do damage deposits work?
