Vista de Redonda offers the best view of the island, and as it's name indicates, a clear view of Redonda, as well as Nevis on clear days. Located on the top of isles Bay Isles, this villa was once the home away from home to many very famous recording artists and musicians of the time, such as Elton John! The Souffriere Hills volcano, which erupted in 1997, has closed down air studio, and buried the main town of Plymouth, but Montserrat is alive and well, and an amazingly peaceful getaway destination.

Vista de Redonda is currently available for rent as a very spacious two (2) bedroom villa apartment. Both rooms have their own private en-suite bathroom, and king size bed. The bedrooms are located at the East end of the villa which provide lots of privacy during your to stay at Vista. The pool is shared with the adjoining unit.

With over 3000 sq. ft. of covered living space, this villa offers ample room to move around and be inspired by all Montserrat has to offer! Peace, tranquility, and calm, with the sound of ocean waves below. Isles Bay beach is a short 20 minutes walk away, now featuring a brand new yacht club, restaurant and bar, for evening dining and drinks on the beach, and beautiful sunsets. Other restaurants, grocery and other amenities are within 20 minutes driving distance.

Vista de Redonda has the best rates anywhere on the island! You will not find a larger home with pool, and best Montserrat views, at such an affordable price. Once the home away from home to many recording artists of the time, Vista was abandoned during the volcano years. As such, this spacious property is quite dated, such as loose tiles and roof needing some work, but everything is fully functional, the house is well furnished, kitchen stocked with all matters of cookware you may need for yourself, or to entertain, so if you do not mind color or decor, and are more interested in a spacious villa with ample room to move around, the great outdoors, as well as the best ocean view anywhere on the island, then this Villa is for you at an affordable price!

Pricing does not include island taxes (10%), paypal fees, if applicable (3%) or weekly maid services (US $50/day).

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your desired rental dates. There is no guarantee of availability until a deposit is received. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival, and is refundable only should another renter for that same rental period be found, otherwise the full rental fee is 100% non-refundable within 8 weeks of rental dates.
