Description

Spectacular mountain lodge w/ stunning views of Lake Dillon, Dillon Marina, Breckenridge, Keystone, & Ten Mile Range. Custom built great room w/ log timbers, 20 foot ceiling, pecan wood floors, stone gas fireplace, and huge windows. Gourmet kitchen has pecan cabinets, ceramic tile floor, and granite counter tops and breakfast bar. A large dining room table sits just off the kitchen and the great room opens onto a huge wrap around deck that includes a luxury hot tub, dining furniture, and a wood swing.

The master bedroom has lake and mountain views, access to the deck and hot tub, custom Aspen log bed, and matching dressers. The 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedrooms are on the main level and share a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom is on the 1st floor with a custom Bristlecone log queen bed and a full bathroom. The 5th bedroom is also on the 1st floor with a full bathroom, living room, kitchen, fireplace, and lake & Mt. views. There is also a loft with a twin bed. The recently renovated walkout basement is appointed with a 7th bathroom, cable TV, DVD player, pullout couch, and a pingpong table. Finally, the house includes a two car garage.

The master bathroom is very large and is appointed with a walk-in closet, 2 sinks, a double steam shower, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom. The 4th and 5th bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. In addition, the loft has a full bathroom, and there are half baths just off the Great Room and in the basement. The great room has a high definition flat panel television. The house is family friendly, with a Pack 'n Play, high chair, booster seat, baby monitor, and child safety gates.

The lodge is located on Gold Run Circle in Dillon, which runs along Lake Dillon and meets the bike path that goes around the lake. Our home is just a short walk to the Dillon Marina, playground, amphitheater, and restaurants. While there are other homes with lake and mountains views, the vast majority of them are above a very busy, loud highway that you have to cross to get to the lake. There is no stop sign or stoplight, so it isn't safe to walk. To the contrary, our home is on a quiet circle that connects to the bike path around the lake, so you can walk to things much more safely.The master bedroom is on the main level and has stunning lake & mountain views, access to the deck and hot tub, and a custom Aspen log king bed with matching dressers.
