THIS UNIT CAN ONLY BE BOOKED IN ONE WEEK INCREMENTS-CHECKING IN AND OUT ON THE DAME DAY OF THE WEEK (Friday -Monday). Please note that the unit cannot be booked more than 6 months in advance but typically requires 2-3 months advance notice for booking. Last minute inquiries may show availability on the Tripadvisor calendar but may not actually be available at the resort. We always must check directly with the resort before confirming a booking.
Up to 6 adults for under $1,600 a week. Really? Really. A luxurious 2 Bedroom Master Suite at the world class oceanfront Mayan Palace Regency Riviera Maya Resort located just minutes from downtown Playa Del Carmen. (Gratuities are the responsibility of guest).
The Mayan Palace features a full spa and fitness center, Jacuzzis, World Class pool with built in pool bars, tennis courts and World Class Nicklause Design golf course, beach, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, para-sailing, aquatic sports, beauty salon, babysitting services, car rental, valet parking, safe deposit boxes, concierge, cyber cafes, game arcade, children's activities & pool areas, crocodile and flamingo sanctuaries, boutiques, groceries, liquor store, pharmacy, deli, 24 hour medical service, travel agency, laundry service, 24 hour taxi service, and airport shuttle.
Usually require up to 2-3 months notice to guarantee availability- booking inquiries only up to 6 months in advance. I will need to check with resort prior to confirming dates.A variety of restaurants ranging from burgers and poolside grills to world class Italian, Seafood and Asian restaurants are all available on site - something for every taste and something different for every day you are on site, The luxurious Brio Spa and Fitness Center offers a variety of services and amenities and a healthy cafe to help you unwind and let go. Pamper yourself with a relaxing massage, facial or body treatment. Awaken your senses in the sauna, steam, Jacuzzi or cold plunge tub. Train in the workout facilities with gym, yoga room, spinning and Pilates. Enjoy multiple massage styles- Swedish, Hot Stone, Sport, Reflexology, Couples massage, Shiatsu, Four Hands massage, Aromatherapy and more. Try a Seaweed wrap or Energy treatment while you enjoy the tranquility of the Mayan Riviera and the breathtaking beauty of the Caribbean. Stop at the Health Bar and grab a fresh squeezed juice before strolling back out to the landscaped grounds or maybe take a bicycle ride to explore the property or hop onto one of the on site shuttles to get around the property.. The Mayan Palace is designed in the ultimate luxury while incorporating elements of the Mayan world – luxurious Travertine marble integrates with thatched roof entryways. You can also grab a trolley if you're too relaxed to take the walk back to your room. The pool may well be the largest you have ever experienced. There are over 1425 feet of swimming area in three sections that features three swim up bars with sunken stools. All the pool areas are surrounded by lounging areas with multiple environs so you can find just the level of social activity you are looking for. Plenty of sun shades and palapas to get out of the sun as well surround the poolside, many featuring queen size lounging beds. Paradise. Your Master Suite is located a short walk from poolside and from all the restaurants that are scattered throughout the grounds. The unit consists 2 full bedrooms with television, 2 full bathrooms, a living area, a kitchen and dining area, and 3 private terraces. The bedrooms have options of one King bed or two full beds depending on your sleeping preferences. The living area features 2 sofas and television. The rooms have connecting double doors that allow as much privacy as you wish. The master suite offers a variety of layouts and uses and is perfect for a family of 4-8 or two friends looking to share a space but retain some privacy. The unit can host up to 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. Check in is at 5PM and takes place on Fridays , Saturdays or Sundays ONLY. Check out will take place the following Friday, Saturday or Sunday at 10AM.As this is a timeshare- once an inquiry is submitted, owner must check with resort to confirm availability which may take a few days to obtain confirmation. The Master Suite is also known as a lockout unit so is also available as:- a 1 Bedroom Suite – featuring 1 bedroom plus living room with pullout sofa bed, kitchen, dining area and full bath which can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children under 12.-and/or a Single 1 Bedroom 1 Bath unit which does not include the living room , kitchen or dining areas PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PRICING FOR THESE OTHER OPTIONS.
Note there is a hospitality tax (basically for housekeeping and based on the size of room- about $4-5 US per day) and a parking charge of 100 pesos (about $4-5 per day) that are billed at check in and are renters expense and NOT included in rental. fee.
