This Studio type Apartmen is funished and equipped, has one double size bed, kitchenet with counter bar, balcony, full bathroom, appliances, utencils, linenes and towes and all you need for your stay.Studio 70 is a brand new building with pool located in an area on transition. Few blocks from the down town area, you do not really need a car unless you want it, you can walk o use public transportation or taxis. Few blocks from this locatiion you have a couple of places to visit as Alux Reataurant Bar & Lounge with is an usual place underground cave or Raices a very fun live music caribbean rithms place. Weekly rentals, prices vary according with the season.Because the excelent prices on this rental you can use yur money to tour and visit the area, enjpy the parks, explore the many beautiful beaches or enjoy nice restaurant, shopping, etc.The Beach is just 1 km aproximate away and easy access.
