La Dolce Vita has been tastefully restored and decorated to the highest standards to produce a wonderful apartment in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the main square, bars and restaurants of Cortona. Picture windows in the living room and main bedroom provide stunning views across the valley and as far as Lake Trasimeno, so you can sip your Prosecco while watching the sun set across the distant mountains. The apartment has a large living room with wood burning stove, TV and internet, and a bookcase with books and DVDs. The kitchen is well equipped and easily sits 6 at the dining table. There are two spacious double bedrooms on the same floor with built-in cupboards, and a toilet and shower room in between. A staircase with beautiful handcrafted wrought iron balustrades leads to a mezzanine floor with comfortable seating and table, and a further bedroom with double sofa bed and a second toilet and shower room. A separate utility room contains the washing machine.
