Your spacious bedroom now with a king size bed, private bath and kitchenette are ready for you to call home.(The kitchen has everything but a full size oven; it has a countertop convection oven)

This is the lower floor of our home - we live upstairs. $15 per day additional for a third person on the futon.

Within a two mile radius to 45 restaurants and countless shops, skiing in Arrowhead, Beaver Creek and Vail. Hiking trails without getting in your car. Come and enjoy! Our dog Louie is a Tibetan Terrier and will be excited to greet you.

The neighborhood is purely residential with low traffic and high enthusiasm for the outdoors.

Getting around

We are less than a mile from the local bus route that goes to Beaver Creek and Vail ($4 one way or $8 all day as many stops as you want). It is nice to have a car to get around though.

Interaction with guest

We are busy entrepreneurs and involved with the community and our schedule varies from day to day. We are usually home in the evenings and always ready to answer any questions you may have.

Please leave skis in the garage. Please don't leave dirty dishes in the sink - keeping the kitchen clean prevents problems. Make yourself at home and enjoy the amenities.
No additional guest allowed in the house that aren't registered with you.
Please ask about pets - we have allowed well trained dogs that are not left in the home alone.

How do damage deposits work?

If Debbie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
