Our decor is artsy, trendy, & features stylish, designer, high-end pieces, plus luxury items. In addition, it is FULLY STOCKED with everything you need to completely enjoy your Maui vacation at THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE! Everything inside is brand new! This particular unit is the CORNER PENTHOUSE with its own private entry, 3 sets of windows, and an XL lanai (three times the size of all other units in the complex). This is one of the only listings in Maui to earn a PERFECT SCORE in all 7 areas on Flip key and Trip Advisor. RESORT LIKE AMENITIES include a high powered air conditioning system, keyless entry, twin robes, sheeting w/ soft and luxurious custom bedding from Cariloha Resort line ($300, 100% bamboo), 1200 tc designer duvet cover, a super comfortable, ultra plush, King sized pillow top mattress (almost every single one of my guests say this bed is the BEST bed they have ever slept on!), 100% bed bug mattress protection, tons of down pillows, 40" flat screen TV, romantic mood lighting in the living room, an extra large, 210 SF L-shaped lanai, high speed wireless internet, an iPod docking station, a DVD player, 100+ DVD Library, a Boston AM/FM Acoustic Stereo System, Cable TV with 80 channels, a Sharper Image Sound Soother Machine, & even a built in Digital Safe. For your convenience, there is a laundromat on site with 20 full size machines: $1.00 to wash, $1.25 to dry.In addition, there are plenty of fluffy & soft, oversized bathroom & beach towels. I also provide coolers, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets, tennis balls, yoga mats, a luggage rack, an iron/ironing board, a hair dryer, a clothes drying rack, & even an insulated, custom picnic basket. Other useful items on site include paper towels, toilet paper, garbage & Ziplock bags, dish soap, kitchen sponges, plus toiletries like Q-Tips, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, sunscreen, & even lotion. The list just goes on and on! The prime location, coupled with the amenities we provide, will hopefully make Tracy's Tropical Treasure #2 the TOP CHOICE for your Maui Vacation! Most of our guests have commented in the Home Journal that our condo completely surpassed their expectations. In fact, one guest even said that our place was better than their room at the Four Seasons in Wailea.I just can't understand why anyone would want to pay triple the price to stay in a cramped hotel room without the convenience of a full kitchen. Did you know that almost all hotel rooms in Maui are under 300 square feet? At this 665SF studio (size includes 210SF wraparound lanai), all taxes, all fees, on-site parking, and unlimited WIFI have already been conveniently factored into your daily rate, so there will never be any last minute surprises! Don't you just hate that... I know I do. With mandatory accommodation taxes of 13.42%, unexpected fees begin to add up fast, especially when most places charge $25 per day for parking, additional resort fees, and even daily fees for WIFI & guest safes. Seeing is believing!Still not convinced....You will be DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from one of the most popular wind surfing beaches in all of Maui. It's truly a picture perfect, romantic setting which is conveniently located near the BACK END of the property, away from all the street noise.Your fully equipped, heavily stocked, ULTRA FABULOUS GOURMET KITCHEN (FIT FOR A CHEF) includes full size, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, cherry wood cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, & beautiful granite that sparkles in the Maui sun. There is also a microwave, plenty of cookware, a coffee maker, a 4-cup espresso (steam) machine, an electric coffee bean grinder, a blender, a toaster, a rice maker, a food steamer, a variety of BBQ accessories, & even a toaster oven.The custom designed SPA BATHROOM features beautifully tiled walls. We were definitely going for a "Peaceful, Serene Experience" when designing this lovely space. One totally cool feature is all the extra storage. This bathroom is guaranteed to please.The 210SF lanai is perhaps my favorite feature. It is L-shaped, comes equipped with outdoor carpet, outdoor electricity, dining table, 2 super comfy oversized chairs, 2 tall chairs with back/foot rests, & a 7' long teak couch w comfy mattress & pillows.SORRY, SPACE IS LIMITED TO 2 PEOPLE MAX.Isn't it about time to experience the true feeling of peaceful Hawaii..
