Luxurious, spacious and comfortable Villa. Quiet enough to have a deep sleep and relax but near and walking distance (3 minutes) to The Poblado (Downtown) where you can get delicious tropical drinks and excellent food.

3 bedroom villa, 2.5 bathroom, fully furnished , kitchen, laundry, balcony. Minutes away from nearby beaches and Restaurants. Air condition in all rooms and Living area. Swimming pool (adults and children separately) ,children playground, tennis and basketball courts, Sat. TV, wi-fi, with panoramic view of Boqueron Bay, two private parking lots in front of the door. Maid available upon request.

Great Location, Easy access to restaurants, bars and beaches. The rental is well equipped and clean. No Complaints at all . Owner was very responsive and friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Jorge (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
