Behind Jolly Rogers Centrally located in quiet Runaway Bay community: mid-town Ocean City. Spacious FOUR bedroom and (3) Full bath townhouse one block back from the Bay with a peak of the water from back decks.
This property has central air-condition and ceilings fans, full size washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room area with bedroom & full bath on first level. The second level has Master with full bath and two additional bedrooms with another full bath. WiFi, (5) flat screen TV's with DVD player.
Open Bay fishing at end of street across from Jolly Rogers, so bring your fishing poles! This unit is and easy walk to beach and restaurants and has plenty of room for everyone.

Response from the owner Yes it is a nice house with rules set up to ensure a pleasant vacation experience for you and the surrounding neighbors. You received the house clean and disinfected and your group was so excited when you arrived, as well as commented how nice and clean the place was. After each self-clean rental, we fog each unit, which disinfects and kills all germs. Simple known rule was no additional guest allowed on the premises, due to safety code and maximum guest in the unit. After receiving several complaints from neighbors, went to the property to find 12 extra kids in the house making loud noises and partying. Before renting, it was understood and you agreed, that this is a self-clean property and no additional guest allowed. As many know or have experienced, if you have a group of friends visiting and partying whom have no vested interest in taking care of the property it becomes difficult to control and often leads to problems the renters can not control but in the end responsible for. You had to clean your mess before check-out and we also returned your entire cleaning/ security deposit. We try to ensure High- School Seniors have not only a good time but a safe one as well.
