This is a fabulous luxury basement apartment, newly available in a prestigious location close to Princes Street, the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace. The accommodation is situated in a handsome neoclassical Georgian terrace townhouse designed by William Playfair and lying within the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Award-winning designer Simon Mcilwraith was commissioned for the interior decoration.
Each of the three bedrooms has a separate design theme and all have en-suite shower rooms.
These double beds can be made into single beds creating twins and the fore adapting the accommodation to the requirements of the bookings creating more flexibility.1 bed room we can also put 2 fold away beds in.
Lounge with large windows overlooking the garden. Dining table seating up to 8 people. Fully fitted separate kitchen allows you the choice of self catering. Off street parking free from 5.30pm weekdays and weekends.central location only 10 mins walk to Princes street. 5 minutes walk to the playhouse in a lovely Georgian terrace house Large south facing private garden enclosed at the back.
Flat screen TV with integral DVD in all bedrooms and large 42 inch flat screen the sitting area lounge and kitchen are furnished to perfection. Gas central heating throughout .
We cater for small groups, corporate clients, families and friends.
All bed lined provided.
Nothing like it in Edinburgh center. Additional house keeping can be provided by special arrangement.

“Amazing place with lots of space!”
The place was amazing and it was really nicely located. We had a great experience, with the big rooms and the living room. The tenant was also amazing and helpful.
