On the beach front corner penthouse with stunning unobstructed ocean views, two bedroom two bathroom apartment with two private balconies and a third balcony off the second bedroom.

It is luxuriously equipped with McKenzie-Childs designer furnishings. The condo is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans to enjoy the ocean breeze, with 24/7 security and all modern amenities including high-speed Cable/DSL internet connection, Beach/Pool lounge chairs,Jacuzzi,WiFi at pool,kitchen with cappuccino machine and dishwasher and water filter.

Best unit with best views in the complex. The gated and secured complex has only 13 apartments, providing for a quiet and relaxed environment. We are located right beside Encuentro Beach, the primary surfing beach on the north coast of the Dominican Republic between Cabarete and Sosua, just 15 minutes from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP). We are 5 minutes from Kite Beach which is just outside of Cabarete and is the premier kite board location in the Carribean.

“Great Location”

Stayed for a month during January 2014. The view of the ocean is exceptional. The Condo is comfortable and as stated in the description. All in all a great place to stay, no regrets.

Response from the owner The guest made an appointment to meet the property manager to pick up the key, and did not keep the appointment. This was during the busy xmas period. The property manager then made arrangements to send someone with the key, but this took some time. The pictures are entirely accurate. The guest calls knots in the wood, which are a different colour from the cabinets "filth" and discoloration of the grout "mold". One of the kitchen cabinet doors is crooked and this is referred to as "falling off". The hot water was previously working, and was repaired as soon as she reported it, the only complaint she made. 2 weeks after rental ended the guest send multiple e-mails with large attachment photos to my e-mail, thereby blocking my e-mail account and preventing any e-mail from coming in and resulting in e-mails being returned to all senders as "undeliverable". The guest was shown a 3 bedroom condo by another owner, larger than my 2 bedroom, and moved out without notice and without explanation, and 2 weeks later sent details. The property was occupied prior to this guest and since this guest moved out, without complaint. It was not known that the living room a/c was not working and it is being repaired.
