Perfectly located in a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood in the heart of Playa Del Carmen, this apartment complex is close to all the fun and action, yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of this vibrant seaside town. This apartment is located on the second floor and has two separate balconies, one of which overlooks the interior courtyard and swimming pool. All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated, have comfortable beds, lots of closet space, and separate en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is nicely furnished. Television, cable tv (English and Spanish channels), and wifi internet included. Ceiling fans and individually controlled air conditioning in each room. The courtyard has a wonderful pool where you can relax, swim, and get to know your neighbours.

For larger families and groups, the adjacent 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom apartment can be rented in conjunction with this unit. We have other apartments in this building for rent. Please inquire even if the availability calendar shows booked. We may be able to offer you another apartment.
