Located in the Heart of Playa Del Carmen, this modern and spacious two-bedroom condo is located on the second floor in the condo development Pelicanos. You will find this condominium offers many wonderful features such as good location and large pool to fit your vacation needs. Pelicanos is situated only 3 short blocks with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife to the famous 5th Avenue, and 4 blocks from the beautiful, world renound beaches of Playa Del Carmen.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet, second bedroom has two twin-size beds, while the living room can sleep two more guests on the comfy futon. The dining and living room areas can accommodate six persons, has a satellite 32” flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, blender and drinkable water. The balcony overlooks the pool area and welcomes in a nice cool breeze.

Definitly we are planning to add the mosquito screen in all the apartment to make it more comfortable.
