Rincon Beach Hideaway and is located at the edge of one of the nicest beaches in Rincon where you step out of the yard onto the beach sand. The yard has a BBQ, both gas and charcoal. Rincon Beach Hideaway is located in a quaint Puerto Rican neighborhood out of the tourist area and you will have a true feel of Puerto Rico. There is a Catholic Chapel , fishing village next door and a small store (Colmado) up the beach where where you can buy fried meat pies, beers or 25 cent pool games. Rincon Beach Hideaway is not a condo or hotel but a very nice secludes house, it is like camping on the beach in a house. The yard is a common area. You can pay more but you are not going to get more for this price. This is the lest expense property located directly on the beach in the area. . The property has two completely separate upper and lower houses, one upper and one lower. It has a balcony on the back that faces the ocean to the West that offers beautiful sunsets, If you want or need more than a room with mini fridge but need or want a three bedroom house then this is the place for you.
