Beautiful ocean view 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with its own private pools (one in the back yard and dipping pool on rooftop terrace), located within a gated beach front community /club offering a 2 huge swimming pools, private beach access, manicured gardens, 24 hour security. Only a 5 min. drive over to the new Marina at La Cruz, and several excellent restaurants in the local town and one a great market every sunday. The home is well located right in the center of the north side of the bay, just a short drive to Bucerias, La Cruz, Sayulita, San Pancho, Punta Mita, which are all great hot spots for restaurants, entertainment, cafes and bars.
Superb home fully equipped with a gourmet granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances, AC throughout, large closets, private pool with sun terrace & outside dining to make the most of the balmy evenings.
