Oceanfront private patio with comfortable padded wicker patio set including love seat, chair, 2 rockers & 2 ottomans - perfect for watching & listening to the beautiful waves crashing, looking up to see "our" dolphins frolicking just so close, usually every day, and also scanning the ocean for views of whales with our binoculars or your own; you'll also see the surfers & paddle boarders, etc every day, or... you just might enjoy relaxing on the patio with your feet up to enjoy a good book! Perfect for your morning coffee or tea and sunset cocktails. We are located close to everything Southern California has to offer, a 20 minute drive to San Diego on the 5 and also close to the local Train Station to use the Coaster Train, with very reasonable pricing and convenient departures and returns to comfortably and easily transport you, with lovely ocean views for part of the ride, to Old Town, downtown San Diego dining & shopping areas, Seacoast Village and Tours of the USS Midway! The Coaster Train Schedule is always provided for you in our home. Of course the beach and playground at Fletcher Cove Beach Park are just a stroll away along our ocean facing gated garden pathway or a quick walk along 2 shaded streets from our unit. A recent remodel to our condo in May 2013 allows even more stunning ocean views from the kitchen and dining room. with bay windows too, of this airy, sun-filled, open end unit, which compliments the large oceanfront living room and roomy master bedroom views. Located at the south end of the complex, it provides an extra touch of privacy, quiet and serenity, but it is also just a 3 minute walk to the gated pool & spa, which also directly overlooks the ocean and includes a new Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower too, for washing off the beach sand prior to using the pool facilities or before returning to our condo. The pool area also has extra newly-purchased lounge chairs, etc. for your comfort. The Clubhouse adjacent to the pool area includes comfortable seating, bathrooms & a very nice lending library. The Tennis Court and the Ball Court outside the Pool Area Gate were re-surfaced in 2015, and look beautiful, & we have recently received very nice compliments from Guests regarding both....if you enjoy Tennis remember to bring along your Rackets. Sunsets are simply spectacular from our patio or the pool....180 degree views as far as Oceanside to the north from our patio, as well as La Jolla to the south from the pool. WE THINK IT'S HEAVENLY and are pleased our guests agree.
2 Bedroom 2 Bath, spacious 1500 sq ft. is remodeled and includes new travertine tile, refrigerator, furniture, king bed, queen bed, leather queen sleeper sofa (deluxe comfortable airbed mattress); comfortable chair, ottoman and recliner, washer & dryer, luxury bedding, linens, blackout window shade in Bedroom 2, portable BBQ, Beach Towels, sand chairs, umbrellas, sand anchors, boogie boards & buckets of beach toys for the little ones are provided as well. New Reverse Osmosis Water Dispenser in kitchen- no need for bottled water. We try to keep our kitchen pantry stocked with all the essentials you would need during your vacation along with all paper products and as many small appliances as we could think of for your cooking needs. Three amazing Samsung LED TV's including a new 65" Smart TV in the living room, a 55" in the master bedroom, & 46" in Bedroom 2, offering upgraded HD Cable TV & large variety of channels to choose from including HBO & Starz, and Samsung Blue-ray DVD Players in living room & both bedrooms, along with a recently added "whole-home DVR"... to watch any recorded show or movie in any room. The picture on each of these TVs is spectacular, plus we just recently bought a Sonos Sound Bar and 2 Remote units for your listening pleasure. A high-tech Router for Wi Fi was just added too ....bring your laptop or tablet. We like having nice stuff...for ourselves and for our much-appreciated Guests to enjoy as well. Excellent security with personal code entry gates for the entire complex including gated secure underground parking and convenient elevator access with carts for luggage or groceries!
Surfsong Condos had just completed a $11,000,000 renovation prior to our purchase, and it shows!! It's all so new and beautiful, and also very clean and well maintained... you will not want to leave.
