No19 is situated in the very heart of Edinburgh's Newtown. The location is second to none for guests wishing to explore the delights Edinburgh has to offer.
This is a spacious five bedroom property with two en suite bedrooms and two further bathrooms.
This apartment is up three flights of stairs. There is no elevator.
Please also note, this is not a party flat and Hen parties are only permitted after prior discussion.
Note: Scottish government has introduced licencing for all self catering properties. As of October 1st 2023 all properties must have applied for such a licence however Government have given themsleves 12 months to respond to applications. In the unlikely event we are forced to close during this time a full refund will be given.
