The house is part of an estate which includes private surrounding land and wood. The apartment is in the same house of my own apartment, which I use for holidays. It is completely independent and allows a real Tuscany relaxing experience, fully enjoing the countryside of Tuscany, as well as its famous artistic cities.

Firenze, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa can be reached in 30 min drive, San Gimignano in 40 min while Siena in less than one hour.

Last but not least, the local truffle, the Chianti wine and the typical Fiorentina steak are surprising actractions.

The property can be reached by car from San Miniato train station or from Pisa and Firenze through FI-PI-LI highway (airport and train station are available in both cities).

The apartement here described is suitable for 4 + 2 persons. An adiacent portion can be utilized to accomodate 2 additional guests, if required.
