-Your stay in a villa will have a mandatory fee as follows:

-US$25 per adult per night along with Children 3-11 at $12.50 per night. This fee is paid directly to the resort upon check-in.

We are offering lower all inclusive prices on all villa reservations of $140.00 per adult per night along with children 3-11 at $55.00 per night throughout the year. This is a savings of $10.00 per adult per night and a savings of $5.00 per child per night, book now for these exclusive savings. This fee is paid directly to the resort upon check-in.

Your own private villa w/ private below ground pool, maid service daily and breakfast cooked for you in your villa daily. Bring your friends and your family from 2 – 6 guests all at the same low rate. Response from the owner I am sorry that you did not like the villa you were initially given but you were given the choice to change villas on your 2nd day and this is your exact response to me in an e-mail: "We've talked as a group (we are here with 2 friends) and decided it's simply not worth the effort to repack and move. Though there is no way we would recommend this place, we're on vacation. We don't want to spend the hours that would be necessary to relocate. " You have effectively eliminated my ability to help you when you don't want to move to a newer villa on the same property.

How do damage deposits work?
