Description
New apartment with excellent finishes located on the ground floor of a two-story complex. Can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment consists of a main room with kitchen and living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and balcony, and a bathroom with shower. Possibility to add a cot with bars for newborns.
WI-FI for guests.
Out POPs a nice space perfectly enjoyable and ideal for eating outdoors. Next door is an Escarpment garden with aromatic herbs such as Rosemary, Sage, lavender, mint. You can leave your car in the garden just in front of the apartment.
In the apartment you will find everything you need: fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. A set of bath towels per person and a hairdryer. Are the sheets and blankets for the beds. All Windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by fields of olive trees and a landscape opened on the surrounding countryside Tuscany, overlooking Foiano, Sinalunga, Montepulciano, Monte Cetona. Really beautiful landscape makes this unique location in his position, with the possibility to exploit the space in front for a complete relaxation. It is not unusual to spot wildlife such as foxes, hares, pheasants, badgers, porcupines and Roe deer.
The village of Lucignano is a 5 min walk. Here you can find all the necessary facilities: market, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacy, newsagent, cafes, butchers, laundry, shops ... In addition to the splendid sights of historic villages for which the country is famous, and the nearby town of Val di Chiana (Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino, Foiano della Chiana, Marciano, Montepulciano) from Lucignano day visit Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Florence, or treat yourself to a relaxing day in the beautiful baths of Rapolano or Chianciano. The apartment is an excellent base to visit the countries of the Valdichiana and Valdorcia with their surrounding areas, full of charm and historical and cultural attractions.
