Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, very well kept and clean vacation Condo in the heart of Sosua. The ONLY ground floor unit with a walk-out patio to the pool which is so convenient.

New furniture, New appliances & Cookware, 2 New Queen size Beds & Linens. 3 ACs, Plus 3 ceiling fans to help keep you cool in the bedrooms. Includes Cable HDMI, TV, LCD . Internet/Wi-Fi, 3 iHome Dock Systems, Blue tooth stereo, DVD player, 2 Safe's w/Digital Combination. Ironing board, Blowdryer, Free Cold Bottled drinking water. Hot water heater. Bath Robes. A cookout area with a barbecue by the pool. Walking distance to the Beach, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Casino, etc.

24/7 security. Over night guests are OK. Just bring your shorts! Our guests keep coming BACK !!

RATES are based on the amount of guests or party's per rooms, Example: One bedroom is 45-60 U.S. a Day Depending on the season , two party's with two bedrooms is 20 more U.S. A Day .

House rules

-Directions and how to get access, will be email once reservations is accepted.
-Please don't bring any sand into the condo. It's bothersome to clean.
-Turn off air conditioning when not in use. Electricity in the island is 3X more than the US and Canada. Please be considerate.
-If you invite guests back to the condo, make sure you sign them in with the security guard. You must escort them off the property.
-Make sure you put all valuables in the safe.
-Lost keys &you'll lose 50% of deposit

If Joseph (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
