Apartment with living room and two bedrooms of 57 m2 bed on a beautiful tree-lined courtyard. An island of tranquility in the heart of the bustling Belleville neighborhood, the apartment is located near the Pyrenees and the Belleville metro, with which you can reach the center in less than 10 minutes. Each room has a double bed (in one of the bedrooms there is a Japanese futon bed) and a single bed, in the lounge there is a sofa bed.

“Never again !!”

Hi there, We booked an apartment from 12/31/21 to 01/02/22 that in reality had nothing to do with the photos on your website! I am enclosing you the photos and videos that I took. It was our very first stay in Paris and I am very sad that I was betrayed in this way. It is absolutely unprofessional not to check the accommodations. I've never had a problem like this on a competing website. In addition, the person who rented the apartment to us knocked on the door on December 1st, 22nd we didn't feel safe and that someone knocked at almost 10:30 p.m. at night was still missing! The owner said she lost her keys. She walked into the apartment without even mentioning whether she was allowed to or warning briefly by phone, she looked around the apartment even though we paid for our rest! That is forbidden! And I don't think you're looking for a key in the bathtub or in the bathroom! We didn't even use the shower as it was very unsanitary and a half roll of toilet paper for 2 nights and 3 people! also not the kitchen or the cutlery because it was so dirty and sticky! The apartment smelled the covers and pillows were not clean and pillows had yellow stains (see picture). Although the description stated that parking spaces were available, that was not the case! Or you had to pay 8 € for 1 / 30h !! And for the price of almost 500 € for 2 nights we had expected something better! Soap and sponge to clean the dishes was not possible because the sponge was very old and despite the corona time there wasn't even soap to wash your hands! We handed in the keys on 01/02/22 at 09:47 instead of 11:00 (check out time on the website) and drove 2 hours away from Paris, although we hadn't planned to go home to Germany on 02/01/22 . It was my savings to have a good time with my friends in a city I had dreamed of so much, but it turned into a nightmare. We didn't feel safe at all in the apartment. Why should you take advantage of people's naivete? I am requesting a refund for my accommodation as this had nothing to do with reality! I still don't understand how to rent an apartment in such a condition !!! I hereby ask for a complaint or reimbursement of the price! Kind regards Dardour Suhaila
