Description
The Palancà is an apartment in the heart of Fosdinovo, small medieval village located in the hills at 20 minutes from the sea.
The structure is composed of a bedroom with double bed separable, entrance to the dining room, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Furthermore, the apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over the sea and the Valley of the Magra.
The apartment is ideal for a family or a couple, but also for a stay with friends.
The village conveniently overlooks the Magra river valley overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and the surrounding hills. In the village you can admire the Malaspina Castle, still well-preserved, and three churches, the Oratory of the confraternita dei bianchi, the Church of San Remigio and the Oratorio dei Rossi.
The country, halfway between Liguria and Tuscany, is close to many famous resorts: the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the Golfo dei Poeti, Versilia for those who love the sea, the marble quarries of Carrara, the castles of Lunigiana and Garfagnana for anyone who loves the art and nature.

Response from the owner Gentilissimo grazie per sua recensione! Per correttezza di informazione, vorremmo sottolineare alcune cose. Si entra in un soggiorno che sulla sinistra da accesso alla camera da letto matrimoniale e a destra da accesso al salotto che dispone di un divano letto matrimoniale. La zona cottura dispone di un'ampia finestra posta ad est, molto luminosa la mattina, ma un pò più in ombra nel pomeriggio sera. Per i mobili del soggiorno e della camera da letto abbiamo fatto la scelta di restaurare vecchi mobili di inizio 900 e per quanto riguarda la biancheria da letto usiamo lenzuola di lino ricamate a mano. A 20mt dall'entrata si trova un parcheggio pubblico con piante con 20 posti auto, esauriti i quali esiste un ampio parcheggio pubblico a mt100, entrambi gratuiti. Ci auguriamo che scelga ancora Fosdinovo come meta di un suo soggiorno Benedetta & Caterina
