Beautiful Georgian flat in Bellevue Terrace on the edge of New Town. The Apartment its very charming, welcoming and its suitable for up to six guests (one super king size bed, three single beds and one pull-out bed). The area is exceptional and only a short walk to the centre of Edinburgh.

It's fitted with two double bedrooms and a boxroom. Large stunning open plan kitchen / living area. Great location and stunning property. The flat has direct access to a pretty walled garden via french doors straight from the living area and a private courtyard to the front.

The flat is a short walk through the New Town to the centre of Edinburgh. Broughton Street is on the doorstop, this is a fantastic street packed with characterful pubs, shops, cafe's and restaurants. You will love it!

The flat is in a good location, only 10 minutes walk from nearest Wetherspoons and Cosmo. We were able to walk to all attractions from the flat and we aren't exactly spring chickens. The flat itself is large and has everything you need inside plus a back garden and the front has a patio area. It is on the whole rather tired looking though. I would have given a 5 score if it had looked more loved. I emailed Robert the owner several times before and during our stay and he responded fairly quickly each time and was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had great weather all week. I would probably stay here again if the flat was given a fresh coat of paint and some furnishings updated.
