This splendid villa, which has recently been carefully and tastefully renovated, is situated in a secluded and peaceful position, on the gentle hills near Arezzo.
With a large garden, spacious loggias all along the house and private swimming pool. The accommodation has 6 double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and is suitable for 12 people.
This is a truly unique residence due to the beautiful indoor areas that have been perfectly and comfortably fitted out..It is furnished with antiques giving it a refined and welcoming style with all the amenities.
The outdoor areas are also very well organized. There is a wonderful 6 x 12 m swimming pool, an outdoor shower and changing room with bathroom, terraces and loggias with amenities and a convenient outdoor kitchen with burners and oven, as well as a garden of aromatic plants. Wi-Fi internet connection. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The convenient location of the villa makes it possible to easily visit Arezzo, which is around 8 Km away, and the beautiful surrounding area, or to organize day trips to Siena or Florence, which are less than 1 hour away by car.
The large garden which surrounds the house is fenced and has a gate and is full of plants, hedges and olive trees and is ideal for outdoor living. The view over the countryside and the woods is very relaxing. Well-furnished, spacious loggias surround the house, even on the upper floors. The large ground floor loggia is furnished like an outdoor living room and has a table ideal for outdoor dining and as well as a ping-pong table.
On the first floor of the villa, there is a loggia furnished with sofas while the second terrace is on the second floor.
Going up 5 steps you reach the entrance hall leading to a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV with access onto a large loggia, the dining room giving onto the terrace, the kitchen which opens on the loggia furnished for outdoor meals, 1 bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are 5 double bedrooms each with a bathroom with shower and access to the loggia, 1 twin-bedded bedroom with bathroom with shower.
GROUND FLOOR: living room with fireplace and satellite TV, small reading/games room, dining room, kitchen with oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 1 bathroom with shower. All the ground floor rooms have direct access to the terraces and loggias with amenities.
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom (king size bed) with bathroom and shower, 6 double bedrooms (queen size beds) with bathroom and shower. 3 bedrooms have direct access to the outside terrace with amenities.
