Description

Large well-appointed ranch style home on a beautiful quiet cul-de-sac street. Newly furnished throughout and tastefully done, the home features a spacious king bed master bedroom with a 40 inch HD Smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom. The second guest room features a queen bed. The third guest room is for all the kids as this room has a full/twin/twin trundle bed and is able to sleep up to 4! This room also has a computer desk with wireless printer to print boarding passes direct from your Smart phone. Both the guest rooms share a full bath. The home is fully supplied with quality bedding, pillows, and linens. The laundry area is equipped with a new large capacity washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The family room and living room have 60 inch and 48 inch High Def Smart TVs respectively with full AT&T cable television. The family room also has a Blue Ray DVD player. As an added bonus, the living room sofa hides a queen Serta mattress sleeper. The well-appointed kitchen features full appliances and an easy access pass-through window to the covered patio and pool deck. The outside patio has a comfortable new casual furniture set with loveseat, club chairs, and tables for poolside sun. Also available poolside is a propane grill ready for your fresh catch. The professionally maintained in-ground heated pool is the perfect way to relax after a day on the golf course. There's an attached 2 car garage for your car and Harley while the driveway is large enough to fit your 48' Viking Sportfish or your Prevost RV. Included in the garage is a pressure washer to rinse down your boat after its been in the salt water. High speed WiFi, full security system, beach cruiser bicycles with locks, Pack N Play portable crib, high chair, infant car seat, pool toys, snorkle equipment, beach chairs, insulated drink cooler, board games, and a boogieboard are also available for your use. Public boat ramp - 1.5 miles. Hobe Sound public beach - 3 miles.
