Villa Izcalli is a unique full service rental property that has an ocean view from the third floor kitchen area and a partial ocean view from our beautiful 12 seating dining area. The view is impecable from our private 4th floor roof terrace with infinity edge pool, chaise lounge and outside dining area! In addition to the beautiful finishings and modern decor we have large terraces on all levels and have one of the largest roof terrace infinity pools in the area! Located in the private gated community of Playacar Phase 1 Villa Izcalli is only steps away from the ocean and a 5 minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue . You will be mesmerized with the beauty that surrounds you. Take in the serene surrounding of the ocean breeze, palm trees, tropical plants, white sands and the turquoise colors of the Caribbean! Perfect vacation rental with incredible rates, internet and ocean views from the top 2 floors! Our views and amenties are unique to any other villa in the most exclusive residence in the area.
This spacious home has marble and air conditioning throughout. With 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, this four level home, including the roof top terrace, offers plenty of space and privacy for groups of 11 (We can add a comfortable air mattress for the 11th person). It is an ideal home for families with children or adults looking for a true vacation. As you walk into the foyer there is a beautiful marble staircase and three master bedrooms. Each bedroom includes its own full bathroom and two of the master bedrooms have their own large terraces. The lower level has a family room with a 42” plasma TV with a DVD, CD and Ipod docking station; two bedrooms; sliding glass doors to a small, child-friendly yard; a mini bar and a ping-pong table. We also make available a crib and high chair for small children. On the third level there is a fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, surrounded by a comfortable, beautifully appointed living room with its own TV and entertainment system, a dining room and a lounging area.
Within walking distance is a tropical bird aviary, cenotes, tennis courts, Mayan ruins and an 18-hole championship golf course. This exquisite and inviting, five bedroom home has high-end finishes, including a roof-top infinity pool. The décor combines rustic Mexican with contemporary furnishings and a selection of accessories to fill it with warmth yet a modern ambiance.
Sliding glass doors open to another large, ocean view terrace SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST! Your own private rooftop terrace with a blue tiled, infinity pool, chaise lounges and a dining table with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Ocean. We want your stay to be as easy and pleasant as imaginable. Rental of this property includes maid service three times a week. Additional services are available upon request and availability: an in-house cook, in-house masseuse, a private taxi driver, shuttle van service and additional maid service. Airport transportation can be arranged. Please advise property manager as soon as possible as reservations are subject to availability. If you like you can send us your grocery list and we can have it ready upon your arrival! Anything we can do to make you have a more comfortable stay is only a phone call away from the local cell phone provided.
