Situata in cima ad una spettacolare collina e circondata da 3 ettari tra giardino e bosco entrambi recintati,Villa Cristina vanta una vista mozzafiato con un panorama a 360° sulle splendide vallate toscane e sulla città di Arezzo, una delle principali città Etrusche che racchiude opere d’arte di eccezionale valore.
Il grande parco, con prato e alberi ad alto fusto, fa da cornice alla Villa e al suo confortevole Gazebo con piscina di acqua salata e vasca idromassaggio affacciati direttamente sulla splendida città di Arezzo.
La villa è arredata con gusto, con oggetti di antiquariato e pregiata tappezzeria . Dispone al suo interno di tutti i comfort e ambienti grandi e luminosi : salotto con ampi divani e Tv LCD con decoder satellitare, sala da pranzo con grande tavolo e finestra panoramica , cucina professionale completamente attrezzata con 2 nuove lavastoviglie e ogni tipo di utensile e elettrodomestico da cucina. Una veranda esterna che si affaccia direttamente sul parco (la veranda è dotata di tavolo in pietra, confortevoli poltroncine e fioriera con erbe aromatiche a disposizione per cucinare!) , lavanderia completa di lavatrice, asciugatrice e tutto il necessario per stirare, sala svago con libreria, assortimento di cd musicali e dvd, e impianto stereo, flipper anni ’80, biliardino, un meraviglioso biliardo .
Le camere da letto sono situate al primo e secondo piano della Villa e sono 5, tutte con letti matrimoniali. Sono tutte molto spaziose, con grandi armadi, finestre vista parco e sono dotate di A/C e bagno privato . Ogni bagno ha vasca o doccia, grandi finestre, asciugacapelli . A disposizione, lettini con sbarre per bambini .
Ma sono gli ambienti esterni che conferiscono a Villa Cristina la sua unicità: le verande, il Gazebo con zona piscina e vasca idromassaggio e il parco. Tutti affacciati sulla città di Arezzo…uno spettacolo da togliere il fiato con le luci dell’alba e totalmente indescrivibile con le luci della sera!
Il Gazebo, struttura interamente in vetro e tendaggi, elegante e raffinato con divani e poltrone per un completo relax a bordo piscina. Nel gazebo gli ospiti avranno a disposizione un camino a legna, un forno a legna per pizza, un professionale barbecue a gas, una stufa a pellet per i mesi più freddi, un grande frigorifero e un tavolo in legno con sedie per 12 persone. Dal Gazebo si accede alla grande piscina di acqua salata con lettini prendisole, alla vasca idromassaggio e alla doccia esterna . La piscina misura 13,50x7,30 mt ed è profonda min 1,13 e max 1.65 mt. La piscina non è recintata e non c'è servizio di bagnino.
Le verande di Villa Cristina, anch’esse tutte affacciate su Arezzo o sulle vallate circostanti, sono altri grandi ambienti totalmente da vivere come la veranda Giochi con tavolo da ping pong .
Il vasto parco recintato permette agli ospiti di fare camminate tra gli alberi, di rilassarsi nei vari angoli del giardino su poltrone in ferro battuto o nell’amaca sotto l’ombra degli alberi. Nel parco, gli ospiti potranno trovare anche un angolo dedicato ai bambini con altalena, scivolo, casina con tavolo e sedie e giochi vari. a disposizione degli ospiti anche giochi e gonfiabili per la piscina.
