LE GUAZZE BONE is an independent, romantic small house for two people, converted from a farm house, fully restored: a piece of paradise set in a landscape that looks like a painting.
An enchanted place among the green hills and the forests of the wildest Maremma, Vetulonia, 300 meters above sea level and just a few minutes from the crystal clear sea among the most beautiful in the world. Ideal for those looking for a place of peace and relaxation in direct contact with a wild and untouched nature.
In a quiet and exclusive location, in front of a tireless and relaxing seaview panorama, the cottage has its own kitchen corner outside. The main house (our house) is 20 meters from the garden. The garden has its own door through which you arrive in the cottage. So guests are very close to us but they have their privacy.Guests will have access to a private entrance and are available around the landscaped garden of 1200 sqm with olive trees and almond trees. Reserved location for 2, silence, no shared space with neighbors and all amenities: for those who want a romantic holiday and out of the box.
15 minutes driving from the beach and a few meters from the archaeological park of Vetulonia, you will experience a unique vacation an incredible experience full of colors, scents and history, large spaces between sea and hills. 50 meters from the center of Vetulonia, a cottage in comfortable double room with spacious private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, FREE WI-FI, outdoor kitchen, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, private outdoor garden furniture and sun beds, extra shower outside.
Pets are not allowed
N.B. We are sorry but the the way to access the bedroom is not suitable for people in wheelchairs or people with walking difficulties..

Response from the owner Devo ammettere che dopo la vostra veloce dipartita la stanza che avete occupato sembrava veramente un pollaio dismesso. Oltre allo sporco, abbiamo trovato le coperte buttate sul pavimento, la puzza di fumo nonostante il divieto, e addirittura anche la cuccia del cane a cui non avete certo impedito di fare i suoi bisogni in giardino indisturbato (i quattrozampe alle Guazze Bone sono bene accetti se i loro padroni dimostrano di essere persone civili nel raccogliere i loro escrementi). Per quanto riguarda il pagamento anticipato vi ricordo che avete VOI accettato questa formula, che certo non vi è stata imposta, e che applichiamo da sempre a tutti i nostri clienti. Il viottolo ripido e scosceso è invece una piccola strada vicinale asfaltata che ci premuriamo scrupolosamente di segnalare. Sarebbe stato sufficiente leggere. "NB Siamo spiacenti ma la strada di accesso alla camera da letto non è adatta a persone in sedia a rotelle o persone con difficoltà motorie." Anche la cucina esterna, che avete lasciato in condizioni pessime, è ampiamente descritta sia a parole che con numerose fotografie. Ancora una volta sarebbe stato sufficiente leggere. La colazione (che non avete pagato) invece è facoltativa e a scelta dei nostri ospiti e VOI l’avete richiesta, conoscendone sia il prezzo che il contenuto. Servita alle 8.30 e ritirata alle 9.45, consisteva in torta di marmellata con pinoli e biscotti entrambi fatti in casa appositamente per voi, frutta fresca (che avete dimenticato di menzionare), the, caffè, latte… Sì in effetti il succo di arancia e lo yogurt erano standard (le arance non sono frutta di stagione in agosto e lo yogurt preferiamo servirlo confezionato per questioni di sicurezza). Vi ricordo che Le Guazze Bone è un AGRITURISMO certificato dalla Regione Toscana con un punteggio di 4 girasoli su un massimo di 5: strano che non ve ne siate accorti, il cartello all’ingresso del giardino di accesso al cottage (obbligatorio per noi operatori) lo dice chiaramente. Sarebbe stato sufficiente leggere. Ultimo, ma non per importanza, non abbiamo nessuna influenza sul caldo torrido che è presente in questo momento non solo in Italia ma in tutta Europa.
