Description

Enjoying fantastic views inland and across the sea from a rural location, Kittle View is both modern and luxurious. With three bedrooms (two ensuite) and adaptable to sleep up to five, it is ideal for family or friends groups. Close to St Andrews, the East Neuk will not disappoint!

Laid out on the ground level, Kittle View has a double en-suite bedroom, twin en-suite bedroom and a single bedroom. There is an open plan lounge/dining kitchen with views across the fields to Kellie Law. A family bathroom completes the internal accommodation, but the outdoors is just as impressive. Set on a farm, guests can enjoy fabulous views from the extensive garden grounds which comprise of several seating areas, built in barbecue area and fantastic playset with swings and slide.

“Very Peaceful Setting”

We came across this place when looking for accommodation in the area and we certainly “won a watch” with this find. It suited our needs 3 Bed with 3 bathrooms. (2 en suite) and it took dogs. The location is brilliant with fantastic views, plenty of walks round about. It’s fairly central to all the wee seaside villages and St Andrew’s or further afield if you wish to do more travelling. Inside it had all we needed home away from home and it was clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable, showers good. A nice wee courtyard out the back with lovely gardens that you can sit in. There is also a summerhouse to use however due to covid we couldn’t use it. Plenty of seating around garden to use. There is a two bed flat upstairs which was occupied at the time our visit however we never heard them at all. Space out front for two cars to use. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone to use. You could even take over upstairs and downstairs. The price was very reasonable and we are glad we found it. Alan

“Beautiful clean home”

Absolutely blown away by this property, spotless with all the essentials you need, including milk, tea bags & biscuits. Lovely big garden with climbing frame too! Beds were very comfortable with pillows and quilts better than I have at home. Owners live next door so are on hand if needed. We didn’t do much sightseeing as we had a wedding to attend but will definitely return one day to explore.

The living room windows do face the road, but it is a farm track so is not heavily used on a regular basis other than the odd tractor and owners of the farm cottages passing to access their own homes further up the track. We do try to be clear in our descriptions that this is a lower apartment, so that guests are aware that there may be guests in the upper apartment. Had we been aware that there was an issue with noise we could have addressed this at the time and hopefully resolved the issue.

The Kittle View property was absolutely lovely. Superb space and with 2 showers (en-suite) and a bathroom - luxury. The outlook across the fields and to the water is just fabulous. So relaxing..... Kittle View is only 10 minutes from the beautiful St Andrews and 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Crail. It a super base from which to explore the area. We look forward to returning soon!

How do damage deposits work?
