If you looking for stay of more than 3 nights ask for weekly rate- it's cheaper than multiple nights.
Bedrooms can be twin or superking, please confirm when booking.
Spacious ground floor apartment with two large bedrooms, lounge, dining room, well equipped galley kitchen and shower room and an additional toilet.
Can be booked with the 3 bedroom Upper Moatville to give a large property for bigger groups.
Located on quiet residential street just off town centre the house has a lovely south facing walled garden and seating area.
Restaurants, supermarket and shops all within a few minutes walk.
Free on street parking or in adjacent car parks.
Victorian building, modernised but retaining the original features including bay windows, high ceilings.
WiFi thoughout.
Central heating with combi boiler.
Bedrooms can be twin or superking or double & single and extra beds/cots are available on request.

Response from the owner Thank you so much for your review- I can't take any credit for the hot and dry weather but the garden gives a relaxing space to enjoy it. Moatville is spacious and I am glad the new beds in twin room are comfy. I try and leave a selection of basics in kitchen and bathroom, nothing worse than arriving somewhere and the first thing you have to do it shop. (Although having the Co op literally at the back gate is handy when you fancy a late night snack). I look forward to welcoming the family again soon. Best wishes Liana

“Pleasant quiet apartment conveniently situated for exploring Fife.”
We have stayed here twice and hopefully will book again in the future. The owner is very helpful and she keeps the apartment very clean and tidy and set up with more than the essentials.

(Our decorator is champing at the bit to get all the paintwork done, the ornate panelling on the original doors and windows is beyond my talents. He is starting at the end of January ) Hopefully next time you stay the weather will be warmer and you will be able to enjoy the garden.

I have just bought the upper floor of Moatville, this 3 bedroom apartment can be booked along with the lower apartment to provide a very spacious property for groups.
