Beach White Villa ARUBA is located in front of 3 beaches, at the highest point of the most prestigious residential area of Aruba, Arashi.
LOCATION is in the middle of the finest beaches which is Boca Catalina, Boca Cave (the best snorkeling area on the Island!!) and the Arashi Beach with crystal clear water and white sands.
It is only 1.5 miles to the high-rise hotel area with all the tourist attractions; casino's, high rise hotels, restaurants, shops! Also 8 new tennis courts within 1 mile; 18-hole golf course next to the house, diving area with the Antilla Wreck close the house; windsurfing and kitesurfing spot within 1 mile. Casinos 1.5 mile.

Your private 2nd floor residence, just 14 stairs, (170 m2 = 1.550 sq.ft.) just for you, has a separate entry, big kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, huge terrace, fully furnished, air conditioning, flat TV in every room. A gorgeous patio that can be used for BBQ, dining and even showering offers a magnificent view over the hotel entertainment areas and beaches. We clean the whole residence before you check in and after your checkout. All towels are included, washing machine and dishwasher are available incl.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Veronika (the owner) a message.

If Veronika (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
