Welcome to Quintas Pakal, which is proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya).
This beautifully furnished condo is next to the Playacar Golf Course, offering 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a jacuzzi tub in the master suite. This condo is perfect for a sunny vacation, family reunions, or a gathering with a group of friends. It has 3 bedrooms: the master suite a king-size bed, the first guest suite has a queen-size bed and the second guest suite a double-size bed.
This condo is just a short 5-minute drive to the beach and 5th Avenue, a pedestrian walkway where you will find a lot of shopping options and restaurants. Also, this unit is a 40-minute ferry ride to the island of Cozumel.
Upon booking, our concierge can help you start planning your trip from scuba diving to adventure parks like Xplor and Hidden Worlds to Mayan ruins like Chichen Itza and Tulum. We can stock your fridge with groceries, arrange babysitters, dancing classes, and more.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
