Description

The study of 50 m2 is located in the residenza d'epoca Palazzo Malfatti, in a 13th-century building in the heart of Massa Marittima, piazza Garibaldi. It was recently and finely renovated, furnished in a simple, modern and functional and equipped with modern comforts to ensure a holiday in full independence.

The studio is equipped with bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and all the laundry. In room amenities include telephone, tv 32 ' digital terrestrial television, telephone, hair dryer, central heating, tourist information of the place and of the maremma.

In the courtyard of the Palace is the wifi area, and is also a designated smoking area.

Check-in and check-out take place quickly, and for those who wish, even privately.

Pets are welcome, so bring them along with you.

The structure gained in these years already two certificates for its eco-sustainability, both for the products used for cleaning and for low-consumption lighting.
