No2 Westbay has high ceilings and bright sunny rooms and has been fully renovated to a high standard including new gas central heating, bathroom and fitted kitchen.
The brand new, fully equipped stylish kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area comfortably accommodates 4 for dining and relaxing and has a tv with free view, Amazon fire stick and DVD player.
***The second bedroom is accessed through the first***
The main bedroom is stylish, quiet and comfortable with a king size bed and Egyptian cotton bedding. The second is a comfortable double with memory foam mattress and blackout blinds. Both have ample storage for all your essentials.
The modern new shower room has been fully refitted with large walk in shower, modern tiled floor, heated towel rail and has thick fluffy cotton towels.
To the front of the building there is a private parking space for one car and the building has a secure door entry system.
