These holiday apartments on the Etruscan Coast are situated in a beautiful house near the lovely medieval hill town of Sassetta (only 800 mt away; nearest restaurant is at 200 meters), at just 12 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto. Surrounded by a 2000 sq. m. park with chestnut grove, the villa consists of two flats (one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor), recently renovated with elegant furnishings.

Guests have access to a garden with barbecue and wood-burning oven and a car park. Furthermore, down at Marina di Castagneto guests also have access to a strip of beach with pinewood and botanic route.

Apartment:This lovely, large holiday apartment, 80 sqm, is on the first floor of a villa and can comfortably accommodate 4 people (with the possibility of adding 2 more- sofa bed). Accessed from the garden, the flat consists of a living room with fireplace and Sat Tv, fully equipped kitchenette (oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher), a second living room with double sofa bed, and two double bedrooms, bathroom fitted out with shower and a washing machine. Private area in the garden. Suppongo abbiano sbagliato località o casa, e vogliano sfogare la loro frustrazione per una vacanza sbagliata in modo scorretto o addirittura truffaldino, per una recensione commissionata da chissà quali altre persone, come purtroppo è risaputo possa accadere su tripadvisor

Response from the manager Sehr geehrte Familie Villiger, vielen Dank für ihre Bewertung. Es stimmt dass Sassetta ca. 10-15 min entfernt ist. Leider wie haben das Inserat auf die englische Seite hingefügt und es kann sein dass die automatische Übersetzung nicht korrekt war. Ich habe jetzt die Beschreibung verbessert und markiert, dass das Haus 800 Meter von Sassetta ist. Das Haus handelt sich doch, wie beschrieben, in einer Villa in zwei Ferienwohnungen geteilt. siehe Beschreibung 1 "Diese Ferienwohnungen an der Etruskerküste befinden sich in einer wunderschönen Villa in der schönen mittelalterlichen Hügel Stadt Sassetta" und 2 "Diese schöne Wohnung, 65 qm, liegt im Erdgeschoss einer Villa und kann 6 Personen aufnehmen. " Wir freuen uns dass Sie einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht haben
