Self catering basis

Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or an activity based holiday, or if you are working in the Moray area and need temporary accommodation, our Cottage can offer you the best of both worlds. Situated in a beautiful countryside location, Elgin is within walking distance and there is an abundance of local golf courses.

Newly built and furnished to very high standard, the cottage has 2 bedrooms. The kitchen has been fully equipped with cooker, washing machine and ironing facilities. To enjoy your idyllic surroundings the cottage also has a garden with patio and panoramic views

Moray is an an area of beauty comprising of small towns and villages - where-ever you go you are surrounded by hills, trees and rivers. The area has lots of recreational sports - golf, cycling, walking, fishing and watersports.

For a more leisurely visit follow the castle trail. Moray is also renowed as the Malt Whisky Capital of the world so while you are here visit one of Moray's famous distilleries and enjoy a glass of the amber nectar

Excellent place to stay. 4 of us just had an overnight here. Has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

“Great stop off point”

We needed a stop off point between Thurso and Aberdeen and struggled to find anywhere, Dunedin came up so I booked it! It took us a minute to find it in the dark, but once we found it, everything was fine, beds are comfy, it was clean and in good condition

“Excellent accommodation”

My friends and I booked Dunedin Cottage for two nights either side of cycling the Ride the North 100 mile event. House was well equipped and convenient for a short cycle into and out of Elgin. Friendly welcome too and pleasant views all round.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
