Casa Mandala is a tropical oasis in the heart of Tulum beach. Set back 40m from the sea, but with its own shade palapa and lounge chairs on the beach, Mandala is steps away from all Tulum has to offer.
This home has three bedrooms and sleeps 7. The top floor is a large master suite perched in the canopy of the trees. It is surrounded by windows and foliage.
The second floor has two bedrooms with private entrances from the outside. One room has a queen size bed and the other room has a queen bed and a single. The bedrooms share a bathroom via a communal hallway.
The main floor is open concept with a living room area, dining area and kitchen to prepare meals and keep beverages cold. A wall of glass doors open up to the wooden lanai, and comfortable outdoor furniture and the pool.
Located in the heart of Tulum beach with great access to shops, the best yoga and spa in the area, restaurants and private beachfront.
Casa Mandala has beautiful artistic touches and ambient lighting. It is a laid back and stylish house close to amenities. Although you do not have sea views from the house you are only steps away. You have your own garden and pool oasis and spot on Tulum's stunning white sand beach. No shoes required.

Response from the owner We are happy you enjoyed your time on the beach. Casa Mandala is set back 40m from the beach. It does not have the same view as the homes at the front of the property - Casa de las Palmas, Casita Bonita + Casa Gaia, but it has the pool and shade palapas and loungers on the beach for you to use. We are boosting our wifi signal on the property. We added boosters to the beach area and the system works so well we are adding it to the rest of the property. Tulum is a very safe area. You can walk the beach at night. However, we want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. To put guests at ease and to protect us from the potential of petty theft we now have security at night. We are looking into other lock options for the doors. To clarify, they do all close securely from the inside, but we would like to improve our system. We hope to add a/c in the next few months. Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us! We hope you return to Tulum soon.
