Description

Exposed stone walls add a classic and rustic feel to this lovely apartment just steps from the river. It also features floor-to-ceiling windows, stylish recessed lighting, and internet access.

The apartment is designed in a studio style with a double bed semi secluded from the living room, which has 2 more sofa beds. An extra cot can be provided on request. Paris has unbelievable dining options, but guests can also cook for themselves in the well-equipped kitchenette.

Châtelet metro station is just seconds from the apartment and gives guests access to most of the metro lines. From there, reach the Arc de Triomphe in 10 minutes, and beautiful Montmartre in 20 minutes.

Walk to the Île de la Cité (Notre Dame Cathedral) in just 10 minutes. The local area could not be more central and is packed with restaurants, bars, shops, banks, and supermarkets. The Louvre Museum is 10 minutes' walk away.

The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk from the station METRO / RER Chatelet les Halles. Direct lines of METRO for all Paris stations, direct RER to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airports, direct to the ORLYVAL (Airport link ORLY), direct to the DEFENSE.

On arrival we will be there to welcome you, show you around your apartment in explaining the operation of different devices available to you and answer all your questions about the neighborhood, the city, transport, monuments to visit. At the end of your stay you will not need to clean, we have a cleaning lady who will do without additional charge.

Response from the manager Je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas apprécié cet appartement Vous avez trouvé le studio trop petit, mais sur l'annonce, il est bien indiqué qu'il fait 38m2. Nous précisons également qu'il n'y a pas de chambre séparée : le lit double est juste isolé par des rideaux Ce studio est prévu pour 5 personnes mais principalement adapté une famille de 5 personnes. Le sofa individuel est un petit futon "petit" mais de bonne qualité de 180 cm comme indiqué également sur l'annonce Nous louons cet appartement depuis de nombreuses années et c'est la première fois que l'on me fait une critique à ce sujet - les photos étant assez explicites L'appartement peut être effectivement un peu bruyant car dans une zone semi piétonne en plein centre de Paris. Nous avons changé récemment les doubles vitrages pour une qualité supérieure et mis la climatisation pour pouvoir dormir les fenêtres fermées

Response from the manager Mesdemoiselles, Vous avez loué un de nos appartement au 1er etage. c'est vrai que nous vous avons donné un autre appartement au 4eme étage du meme immeuble. La raison principale de cette modification est que vous avez annulé une nuitée de votre séjour juste avant votre arrivée.ce qui a modifié mon planning. De plus, l'appartement que vous avez occupé est plus grand que celui réservé, plus calme avec une chambre séparée donnant sur la cour, et plus cher à la location. Nous ne nous sommes donc pas moqués de vous Nous étions d'accord pour accueillir 5 personnes mineures... Vous n'avez me semble t'il que peu d'experience dans le fait de louer des appartements. Ce n'est pas comme louer des chambres d' hotel. Seuls les lits de la chambre étaient fait mais pas les canapés lits du salon ( les draps entaient dessous comme d'habitude ) et c'est l'usage lorsque nous louons des appartements Je suis désolée que vous ayez trouvé l'appartement sale. Je ne comprends pas ce qui a pu se passer.Cela fait plus de 30 ans que je reçois des clients du monde entier, en travaillant dans l'hôtellerie d'abord et puis dans la location d'appartements depuis plus de 15 ans et je n'ai jamais eu de critique aussi acerbe que la votre. Mais peut être y a t'il eu un problème avec le ménage effectué par notre femme de chambre ce jour la...
