A delightful 3 bedroom cottage just off the village centre of Aberdovey.
The house has magnificent sea views over Church Bay and is a minutes walk into the village centre and seafront.
Welcome 2 Delfryn - a lovely 3 bedroom house just off the village centre of Aberdovey,
The house has 3 double bedrooms, a large dining room with lounge area on the ground floor with original beams and a Welsh slate floor, it also has a more contemporary separate lounge on the first floor.
The main bathroom has a slipper bath, power shower, washbasin and WC, the kitchen has all modern amenities and has a utility room with another toilet and washbasin,
Also in the utility room is a washing machine.
The kitchen has modern look but has kept many original features including a beamed ceiling and quarry tile floors.
The house benefits from an outside yard and up some steps you will find a garden area with 2 patios, one of which has views over Aberdovey and out to sea.
The 2 patio areas are there for you to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or something more alcoholic later in the day, there is a separate BBQ area. The house is well furnished with all modern amenities including high speed fibre optic broadband internet with WI FI, there are games for adults as well as children, books for everyone and an extensive DVD library.
There are bucket and spades for the beach and crabbing lines for the kids (DADS).
The Dining Room/Lounge dining area has a dining table for 6, and the room has an IPOD docking station together with a 'music centre' playing CD's, tapes and even old or new vinyl records.
The dining room is beamed throughout and has a natural Welsh Slate floor The upstairs lounge has wonderful views over Church Bay and has 2 sofas, an individual chair, a wall mounted TV, DVD with Freeview is there for you to enjoy your favourite programmes , there is an extensive DVD collection featuring over 200 DVD's.
Three well presented double bedrooms are situated on the first and second floor, the main double bedroom on the second floor benefits from tremendous sea views, all bedrooms are doubles and have wall mounted TV.DVD with Freeview.
The house is fully centrally heated and includes full use of electric and gas,
Bed linen and towels are included for all persons when staying for 6 nights or more however they are not included for short duration's 6 nights or less
All in all, this is a lovely original Welsh property with a contemporary feel, a property suiting both Families and Couples alike.

A very comfortable and thoughtfully organised traditional village house in a lovely seaside village - and a great location for exploring this lovely part of Wales using the coastal railway. Nice kitchen, very comfortable beds and an excellent bath / shower room, with lovely views over roof tops to the estuary from the first floor living and second floor main bedroom. We enjoyed our Sunday to Friday mid-August stay there, though the open stair case case leading from the ground floor reception/dining room up to the first floor landing was not ideal with our adventurous 4 year old grandson and 11 month old granddaughter and kept us on our toes.. And the garden - with steep slate steps and path leading to it terrace - is also really for mobile adults or older children too. But this was all part of being in a gently updated traditional house in the heart of the village - and the beach was near for young explorers. We found the cleaning agency, ScrubaDub, with shop/laundry on the seafront, super helpful with hiring things like cots, stair gates etc. And the next door neighbours very friendly and helpful over the complexities of local recycling.. Aberdovey is a great holiday base, with a grocery store for self catering, a good butcher and some nice cafes and pubs. The beach is wonderful, the local tourist office a mine of information and holiday gifts and coastal railway line is a delight.
