Description

Historic house built in 1901, all upgraded modern amenities. Walking distance from Historic Down town Prescott. Quiet with high ceiling chandeliers in dining room 6 person table as well as 2 person table in eat in kitchen. Wood burning fireplace in living room with sofa, 2 chairs, one rocker. Layout of house is split so each bedroom is seperate. (See floor plan). House has a front porch with 3 rockers & a bench. Each house has a private backyard/ patio The flagstone back yard is spacious with 3 tables & a gas BBQ. TripAdvisor only allows communication between you & me through their website until your payment has been made. :-)

Please put dumpster at street when you leave it is located at the end of the Victorian house porch on the bottom level. Thursday is pick up day, my cleaning ladies will put dumpsters back, if they are due to come.

“Cute small cottage nice back yard shared by front house with BBQ and fire pit”

Small but has kitchen, nice bathroom with washer dryer available. Comfortable bed, close to downtown can be walked and close to restaurants, courthouse square and shopping on Whiskey Row.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Victorian House. Much better than staying at a Hotel. Prescott was lovely in November. Our Anniversary weekend was great. owner was very nice and easy to work with.
