This is a beautiful, very large 1 Bedroom Condo in a Beach Front Complex. On one of the nicest stretches of beach in Cancun's Hotel Zone. Enjoy all that Cancun has to offer and stay in this nicely updated and remodeled one very large 1 bedroom Condo. From the living room you have a water view of the lagoon and some sea, and the bedroom has a 180 degree view of the lagoon and the beautiful sunsets daily. Public transport right out front (inexpensive) and only 15 minutes from Cancun's International Airport. Come on down and enjoy the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea and some sun on the beach!!

How do damage deposits work?

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
