E' composto da una zona giorno/pranzo comunicanti e una camera con letto matrimoniale.I costi di energia elettrica, gas e acqua sono inclusi nella tariffa. L'appartamento è fornito di TV a schermo piatto con satellitare, wi-fi Internet access, riscaldamento autonomo, lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani , cucina attrezzata, forno a microonde, macchina espresso da caffè asciugacapelli. Una volta prenotato, per ricevere le chiavi devi semplicemente comunicare l'ora di arrivo prevista a Carlo e prendere accordi perché ti vengano consegnate direttamente.Il prezzo è per l'appartamento non a persona.
