Description
Campo del Rosario is an oasis of peace nestled in the countryside of Montescudaio, province of Pisa, Tuscany.
Montescudaio is a Medieval village located in bassa “Val di Cecina”, between the city of Volterra and the sea of the ''Etrurian Coast''. An ideal position to visit Tuscany, near Pisa airport (65 km) and the main tourist areas of the region like San Gimignano (60), Siena (85) and Florence (120). The sea is only 15 km away, and goes from Livorno to Piombino, touching beaches, parks, archaeological and artistic sites.
Campo del Rosario, nestled among vines and olive trees, is located at only 300 mt from the centre, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The house welcomes up to 5 people and consists of kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. A stairway leads to a mansard, which features a single bedroom with toilette.
Outside the house, in addition to the small sheltered terrace, there is a vast garden with barbecue, the swimming pool above ground (opens from May to September) and all the space needed to relax, sun tan and have fun at the shadow of the pine that shelters the dwelling. A fenced area, also ideal for pets.
The guests can also enjoy a Wi-Fi connection, two parking spaces and plenty of tranquillity in a piece of land among gentle hills, endless rows of cypresses, art objects, Mediterranean cuisine and Italian life style.
