PALAZZO BELLO è un casale di tipico sapore toscano completamente in pietra, con una splendida vista panoramica a 360° sulla campagna Toscana, accuratamente ristrutturato con grandi camini, pavimenti in cotto e soffitti con travi a vista.
La struttura è ideale per ospitare gruppi numerosi che desiderano trascorrere una vacanza insieme senza rinunciare alla propria privacy; al primo piano, infatti, si trova una caratteristico grande salone dove il gruppo puo' riunirsi, con importante camino, attigua ampia sala da pranzo e cucina accessoriata. Tre soggiorni con camino ed altrettanti angoli cottura al piano terreno.
Il casale ha una superficie di 500 mq circa e si sviluppa su due piani; è suddiviso in quattro ampi e confortevoli appartamenti attrezzati e può ospitare 20 persone, con 10 camere da letto e 7 bagni. Nel casale è possibile aggiungere fino a 6 posti letto.
Gli ospiti potranno godere di un incantevole panorama sulle colline toscane, direttamente dalla loggia coperta situata all’ultimo piano.
Aria Condizionata in tutte le camere da letto, Riscaldamento autonomo, TV Sat, WIFI, barbecue, forno a legna, parcheggio.
Su richiesta organizziamo pranzi e cene tipiche per gruppi, corsi di cucina, matrimoni ed eventi di vario tipo, tour turistici, enogastronomici ecc.
Affittando l'intera struttura gli ospiti avranno l'uso esclusivo della villa, del parco e della piscina.

Villa PALAZZO BELLO is located in a splendid panoramic position, in the middle of the country-side, but only 3 km away from the nice medieval centre of Cetona. Thanks to its geographic location, the property offer an enchanting immersion in nature and an extremely relaxing holiday, but it can also be the ideal start to visit the most important historical and artistic centers of the area (Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Città della Pieve, Orvieto). From the property it will take only a little bit more than one hour to reach the most important historical towns of the centre of Italy (Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Roma). Casale Palazzo Bello is a beautiful farmhouse of typical Tuscan architecture, totally in stone, restructured with great care, perfect for large groups who want to spend an holiday together but not to renounce to their privacy. Guests will enjoy the enchanting vista of the surrounding hills from the covered loggia that is easily reachable from an internal staircase at the upper floor. The villa has other two covered loggias located besides the external walls.
PARK: Palazzo Bello is surrounded by a wide and beautiful park where guests can relax and enjoy a wonderful panorama. The park, with a lawn and high trunk trees, it's also a perfect place to organize lunches and dinners al fresco
SWIMMING POOL: the swimming pool, located a few metres from the farmhouse, measure 14 x 7 m ., the depth is 1,50 m . The area is equipped with deck-chairs and sun umbrellas and it is open for guests from May till the end of September.
INTERIORS: the farmhouse is built over two floors. The ground floor is composed by 3 apartments with independent access. Apartment A is composed by: living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, small store room, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Apartment B: double entrance into the living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and store room. Apartment C: living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with bathtub. At this floor, with external access, there is also a double bedroom with bathroom for disable persons. From an external stone staircase you reach the first floor. The entrance leads to a characteristic living room (about 60 square metres ) with huge fireplace that gives the property the typical country atmosphere. Next to the living room there is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area of this floor is composed by three double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom with shower and one with en-suite bathroom with tub), one twin bedroom and one bathroom with bathtub. At the end of the sleeping area corridor, a staircase leads up to a covered terrace where you can admire a beautiful panorama.
All the bedrooms have Air Conditioning to be pay according to consumption at the end of the stay.
Possibility to add up to 4 single beds with extra charge

“Total tuscany feeling”
