Description

East Lodge is a self-catering lodge set in a rural private location surrounded by farmland on the outskirts of Montrose. The lodge has beautiful views over the Montrose Basin and surrounding areas. The lodge sleeps 6 in 3 generous sized bedrooms. The open plan living-room kitchen area provide comfortable living. Dogs are welcome but not to stay in the lodge itself. We have kennels available foc.

“Great place to chill at a brilliant price”

We booked this as a girlie weekend getaway to chill after our foreign holidays were cancelled. This place is a little gem, comfortable, clean, and with everything you need, including a large deck with amazing views over the countryside. The owners, Anna and Mark are on hand if you need anything, but otherwise they leave you to enjoy your time there without any disturbance. Only 5 minutes drive from Montrose if u forget any essentials, but feels really remote. We will definitely book again for a long weekend.

Just had a brilliant holiday here , lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything in it that we needed , beautiful setting in stunning gardens ,hosts were brilliant and we would highly recommend staying here , it was a perfect base for our holiday didn’t want to leave .

Found this Lodge a great place to stay in every way. The trampoline was especially enjoyed by allages. Very quiet location. Well cared for.

Our second stay at East Lodge. Beautiful secluded location. Impeccably clean lodge, comfy beds with plenty of space for a family of five. Friendly owners but not intrusive. Added bonus of beautiful weather too! No hesitation in recommending.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If M (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
