Alle porte del Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi. Un antico casale in pietra originale, alle porte della verde valle del Casentino e a Nord della città di Arezzo. Casale Lorenzo con il suo bellissimo parco recintato ed una grande piscina (dim. 15 x 8 m. - profondità 1,00 - 2,40 m. - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) con spogliatoio e bagno con doccia, vasca idromassaggio, parcheggio ombreggiato, barbecue e forno a legna, offre ampi spazi per tutti per godersi una rilassante vacanza in famiglia o tra amici. A 3 km di distanza si trova il piccolo paese di Subbiano fornito di ogni servizio. Vi consigliamo nelle calde giornate estive una gita nel vicino Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi, tra antichi castelli e remoti monasteri, che vi regalerà momenti di vera meraviglia.
La villa e le dotazioni. La villa si presenta con dotazioni di lusso, aria condizionata, sala biliardo, ampia cucina ben equipaggiata e dotata di barbecue interno, connessione Internet Wi-Fi, TV satellitare. Un arredamento composto da pezzi di antiquariato locale offre innumerevoli angoli per potersi rilassare e godere di un buon libro: nell’ampio soggiorno di piano terra con l’antico camino, nell’intimo salottino di piano primo, oppure sotto al bel porticato, dove una zona debitamente attrezzata offre la possibilità di gustare pranzi e cene all’aperto. Un tocco in più, secondo i nostri clienti, viene dalla oltremodo cordiale accoglienza dei proprietari, sempre attenti a farvi sentire a casa vostra. Anche i vostri amici a quattro zampe di piccola taglia, qui saranno ben accetti. Villa su due livelli. PIANO TERRA: scendendo due gradini si trovano, soggiorno-pranzo con camino e divani, cucina con camino per barbecue, bagno di servizio (lavandino, bidet e wc), piccola stanza lavanderia. Scendendo un gradino si accede ad una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia. Sul lato della casa che guarda la piscina si trova un ampio porticato attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto. PIANO PRIMO: con accesso da scala interna in pietra si trovano soggiorno con divano, camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia, camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio, due camere matrimoniali, bagno con doccia. DEPENDANCE: ampio salone con biliardo e camino, bagno con doccia. IN DOTAZIONE: frigorifero con congelatore, forno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, spremiagrumi, macchina da caffè americana, microonde, tostapane, biliardo, forno a legna, TV satellitare, macchina caffè espresso, lettore CD/DVD, connessione Internet Wi-Fi, aria condizionata.
