Studio de 28 m2 (NON FUMEUR) au 5ème étage (asc) d'un immeuble de standing, chauffage central, très lumineux exposé sud et situé dans une rue calme avec gardien et interphone. Studio entièrement équipé (+Nespresso), lit pour 2 personnes et possibilité de matelas gonflable pour enfant ou adolescent (parking en sous sol de l'immeuble sur demande = 50 €/semaine), TV, internet (wifi) et téléphone fixe (appel gratuit vers les fixes et les mobiles). Cuisine équipée et indépendante, salle de bain avec cabine de douche et lave linge.
Draps et serviettes fournis.

Response from the owner Gustavo (y Teresa) gracias por su comentario muy elogioso, tratamos de ayudar y escuchar a nuestros clientes (turistas), muy normal. Una anterior, el inquilino muy criticado el apartamento (injustamente)! Por contra, es cierto que al tiempo que señalaba la pintura del techo del baño estaba desmoronando. Está hecho, el techo ha sido reparado y ahora todo está bien. Esperamos que los próximos inquilinos a encontrar un apartamento se adaptan perfectamente a sus necesidades.

Response from the owner Cet avis repose sur une suite de critiques aussi insensées qu’insultantes sur la qualité du lit, du confort de l'appartement, de la taille du téléviseur (!), du prix (pourtant promotionnel !), autant d'éléments que le locataire avait vérifiés photos à l'appui, acceptés et approuvés préalablement à sa réservation. En outre, à son entrée dans les lieux, tout comme à sa sortie, le locataire s'est montré pleinement satisfait et n'a fait aucune remarque sur l'un des éléments qu'il critique ! Il suffit d’ailleurs de comparer cet avis à tous les autres, pour constater le peu de sérieux de son auteur. A propos du parking, accusation la plus grave, il n'y a AUCUNE "MAGOUILLE". Conformément à l’annonce, le studio n'est en aucun cas assorti d'un parking, mais, afin de RENDRE SERVICE, exceptionnellement, je m’emploie à obtenir le prêt occasionnel d’un emplacement. Il est de bonne règle de remercier un service, raison pour laquelle, je recommande aux bénéficiaires d’offrir une petite récompense au propriétaire du parking, qui ne peut, naturellement, être qu'en espèces. Le locataire prétend avoir remis une petite enveloppe à une personne qui n’a rien à voir avec ce prêt mais qui l’aurait acceptée ! Il semblerait qu’il y ait eu méprise! J'ai bien tenté d'obtenir une explication claire auprès du locataire, mais celui-ci a élevé la voix sans m'écouter et a raccroché. Il va de soi, que j'ai remercié moi-même et comme il se doit, pour le prêt du parking dont il a bénéficié. Je rappelle que ce locataire pouvait aussi bien garer son imposant véhicule dans la rue (mais à grands frais pendant 5 jours), or, il a préféré, et pour cause, le parking gardienné de l'immeuble ! Seul détail que je regrette autant que ce locataire : la peinture écaillée dans un endroit du plafond de la salle de bain, sans la rendre inutilisable pour autant. Suite à un dégât des eaux, nous attendons le passage de l’expert de notre assureur pour la réparation. Chahbaz MOMTAZ

“Apartamento muy confortable en un agradable barrio parisino.”
Es un hermoso apartamento, cómodo, luminoso y muy bien ubicado, el Metro está a 5 cuadras, el supermercado en frente y la parada de bus en la puerta. Además el Sr. Momtaz, su propietario, es una persona muy amable y dispuesta. Tuvimos todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estadía. Si pudiéramos volver a París en el futuro, intentaríamos rentar nuevamente este apartamento. Cordialmente, Roxana y César
